Inside Account Sales Specialist - Nicaragua

Objective:

Representative is responsible for managing and building relationships and building relationships with assigned customer account with the goal of increasing market share and sales dollars for Momentec Brands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRS software, and other sales tools.
• Problem-solving mindset, identifying customer needs and providing aligned solutions-
• Ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.
• Call center experience, efficiently managing inbound calls and emails with accurate, real-time support.
